St. John’s will be joining residents at the Lutheran Care Center for a Thanksgiving Eve Service on November 22 at 7pm. The Lutheran Care Center is located at 965 Dutchess Turnpike in Poughkeepsie. Come join us in giving thanks for our many blessings.
As is our practice, Wednesday night is Dinner Church. This unique service around the dinner table WILL be held as usual on Thanksgiving Eve at our usual time, 7pm. Come join us and thank God for our many blessings.
Sunday, December 3 at 11:15am you are welcome to come spread Christmas cheer by joining others in festive caroling to St. John’s Homebound members. All are welcome to come, just grab a sandwich (or bring your own) to eat in the car.

Christmas Sing-Along The Hospitality team is sponsoring a Christmas Sing-ALong Extravaganza on Sunday, December 10 after the 10am service. You are welcome to bring a batch of your favorite homemade cookies to share. We will be offering a variety of hot beverages and light brunch refreshments, singing, pictures with Mrs. Claus, face painting and cookie decorating.
Sunday, December 17, 3pm at St. John’s. Scripture will tell the story of God’s plan for our salvation in the birth of Jesus and will be accompanied by favorite Christmas carols. Music presented by the Bell Choirs. Reception to follow Service.
