Summertime means Bluegrass Sunday at St. John’s and once again bluegrass music was infused into worship songs by the Innis Boys. This year a songbook with lyrics was distributed, allowing the congregation to follow along and sing. It was an enjoyable and interactive worship experience.

The hospitality ladies also decked out the Meet & Greet room “Bluegrass style” and put on a wonderful spread. The day was beautiful for many enjoyed refreshments outside in the courtyard.

We are grateful to the Innis Boys for their music, the hospitality ladies for planning the reception, Dillon Streifeneder (music director at St. John’s) for pulling it all together and to all who attended Bluegrass Sunday.
