It was a GORGEOUS day for the 3rd annual St. John’s Lutheran Church Trunk or Treat event. 20 cars were decked out and the enthusiasm high as church members and some community members participated as “Car Hosts”.
At LEAST 145 kids came to the event along with mom’s dads, aunts, uncles and grandparents.
The refreshment table was a big hit; ya can’t beat cider donuts and cider from Adam’s Fairacre Farms!
No sitting on THAT lap!
Trunk or Treat is a family affair!
The Pumpkin Patch!
That is one cool cat....well maybe not, the day was pretty toasty!
Candy corn necklace was a nice touch to all the other decor.
The Enchanted Forest (better beware!)
That is quite a trunkful of Halloween fun!
She is pointing to him...but she is mighty spooky herself!
Wouldn't want to go down the street to THAT dead end!
Fun and games!
What troupers to stay in those costumes despite the warm day.
Balloon Time!
Just clowning around!
Balloon animals were a hit with the kids!
Welcome to his graveyard.
Plain or Peanut M & M's?
Polka dot pumpkins? How fun!
Don't get near THAT trunk!
A sock hop in the parking lot?!?!
Very clever--2 cars worked together for their tropical paradise!
The trunk was a big hit, but so was the dog!
She is mighty close to that arachnid!
The Bubble Machine was a nice touch!
Better go to the dentist after eating THOSE giant gumballs!
Cute pumpkin outfit to go with the Halloween themed trunk!
Cider and donuts available too.
Don't let the car eat the pastor; he has to do a sermon tomorrow!
A giraffe holding a dog!
Cutest Little Dinosaur!
Dog=Batman, Baby=Robin
All that dancing at the sock hop got them thirsty!
